Q1) How Does anyone Earn their Dream (Register) ?

A1) To register one has to pay Rs. 9,999/-* (Rupees. Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine Only)

Q2) How do I complete my registration ?

A2) Once you register by paying Rs. 9,999/-* (Rupees. Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine Only) you will be issued a PIN ( Personal Identification Number) and you will have 7 days to complete the registration process with the PIN.

Q3) What do I need to do to earn my dream ?

A3) Get 3 referrals who wish to earn their dreams by registering Rs. 9,999/-* (Rupees. Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine Only) each, to make your Dream come true.

Q4) Is the product of a good quality and does it have any warranty ?

A4) All Products are Branded and come along with a manufactures warranty.

Q5) What if I cannot complete the circle and is there any time limit ?

A5) Time limit to complete your circle is 300 days from the day you register. You get another chance to pay the balance amount as per your remaining referrals within 60 days to M/s Earn Your Dreams.

Q6) What is the mode of payment ?

A6) Cash / Demand Draft / Pay Order in favour of “M/S EARN YOUR DREAMS”

Q7) How many times I can register ?

A7) There is no limit for an individual to register. Every time anyone registers he / she has to pay Rs. 9,999/- (Rupees. Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine Only)

3. Terms, Conditions & Legal Policy

Kindly Read the Terms and Conditions mentioned before registering.

Any individual who is 18 years of age is eligible to register.
All Registered Members must complete their registration process within 7 days after receiving the PIN (Personal Identification Number)
Postage and Delivery charges will be extra and have to be borne by the registered member. M/s Earn Your Dreams will not be responsible for any damage to the product during the delivery or postage.
All the products will be delivered from our Pune Office, any deliveries outside Pune, will attract transport, handling, courier, delivery, insurance & other incidental charges as preferred & payable by the Registered Member.
PIN issued by M/s Earn Your Dreams are wholly owned by M/s Earn Your Dreams Pvt Ltd and only M/s Earn Your Dreams has full rights on the PIN.
PIN issued by M/s Earn Your Dreams will only be considered genuine and authentic.
Registering and entering into M/s Earn Your Dreams as an independent person only. Nothing in this agreement shall establish an employment relationship, or any other labour relationship between the Registered Member and M/s Earn Your Dreams, and nothing shall establish the relationship position as procurer, broker, and commercial agent, contracting representative or other representative of M/s Earn Your Dreams.
This Agreement between the company and the Applicant becomes effective from the date of acceptance by M/s Earn Your Dreams.
Time limit to complete your circle is 300 days from the day you register. You get another chance to pay the balance amount as per your remaining referrals within 60 days to M/s Earn Your Dreams.
This Plan is exclusively designed only for M/s Earn Your Dreams members.
All Registered Members in process of Completion or Completion of the referral circle will be entitled to receive the selected product and will have no other Rights or Demands in whatsoever manner for any other claim other than the selected product which he/she is entitled for.
All individuals registering with M/s Earn Your Dreams as Members shall be entitled for that particular selected product only and will have no rights of whatsoever in M/s Earn Your Dreams.
It may be noted that you will get the booked product only by adding 3 new members to complete your circle. If you fail to continue the circle it will be your own responsibility. Neither M/s Earn Your Dreams nor the introducer will refund your amount. This project is totally on your own will and wish. It is purely based on your efforts and ability. Please register at your own individual risk.
Every Registered Member abides to comply with all the applicable laws, regulations and ordinances as in force. M/s Earn Your Dreams may terminate this agreement by giving a written notice for misconduct or breach of any of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
M/s Earn Your Dreams may reject any application for any reason at its discretion, including if the application contains incomplete, inaccurate, false, or misleading information. Any alteration or modification will be subject to verification.
M/s Earn Your Dreams reserves the right to employ such measures as it deems necessary to determine & ensure compliance with its policies & procedures.
M/s Earn Your Dreams reserves the right to make any amendments if necessary at any time to the terms & conditions, product, pricing and /or incentives program without any prior notice.
Brand, Configuration and other Specifications may change or vary subject to availability.
The Registered Member shall have no power or authority to incur any debts contracts, obligations or liabilities to make representations or any warranties on behalf of the firm, M/s Earn Your Dreams.
No products shall be discounted for cash refund neither product exchange after a sale bill is generated.
All Registered Members are personally responsible for all income taxes and all other applicable taxes due to any earnings from selling M/s Earn Your Dreams Products.
In any case amount paid is neither refunded nor adjusted for any other products.
Incase you fail to introduce any referral for a period of 300 days from the date of registering, then the company will treat your booking amount as advance towards your booked product (after deducting the applicable charges) and gives you a chance to pay the difference amount and take the booked products (subject to approval of the firm only) within 60 days.
All Products delivered to the Registered Member will bear Sales Tax / VAT Tax & any other Taxes / levies whenever required & applicable from time to time.
Payment made by new Registered Member towards purchase of the products or services offered shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
M/s Earn Your Dreams shall not be responsible for remittance for money, documents made at any other place or to any other party.
M/s Earn Your Dreams shall have the right to make any amendments if necessary. At any time alter the Terms & Conditions without any prior notice.
Any legalities pertaining towards software/s, firmware, hardware & installation is the sole responsibility and risk of Registered Member.
The Registration Forms and other materials pertaining to this plan are for private circulation only.
This promotional offer of products is exclusively meant for the M/s Earn Your Dreams Members and not for any general public.
This agreement is entered into on a personal basis and neither this agreement nor any of the rights or obligations of Registered member arising under this agreement maybe assigned or transferred without the prior written consent of M/s Earn Your Dreams.
M/s Earn Your Dreams liability whether in contract or tort or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the agreement and/or relationship arising there from shall not exceed the lesser of : a) actual damages or loss assessed by the arbitrator or any other dispute resolution mechanism adopted by the parties or, b) the total earnings by the Registered member during the preceding 3 months of the date of dispute.
All Members or Registered Members shall not be entitled in any form or way for the profits, accounts, balance sheet or any details of M/s Earn Your Dreams as it is only applicable to the Directors and Founders of M/s Earn Your Dreams and the individual membership is terminated as and when the circle is completed or lapsed.
All Payments shall be made in DD / Pay Order / Cash favoring M/s Earn Your Dreams (Payable at Pune).
All disputes shall be subject to Pune Jurisdiction only.
M/s Earn Your Dreams reserves the right to deduct TDS and all other Taxes (as applicable) and service charges (as applicable) on all operational services, including processing and dispatching of incentive cheques, earning reports, postage or courier, etc.
M/s Earn Your Dreams does not hold any responsibility of the payment made in cash to any other person or any other firm whatsoever towards the product booking. All Payments shall be made in DD or Pay Order favoring M/s Earn Your Dreams (Payable at Pune) or in Cash at our Office.
